The applicant who intends to avail of a loan for the purchase of a vehicle should have a valid driving license for the type of vehicle applied for. One should not be a defaulter of any bank/ financial institution. Besides the above-mentioned eligibility criteria for Handicapped persons, the Disability of Handicapped beneficiary should be 40% and the above age should be above 18 years.
